Wanna make video games? Love building with LEGO® bricks? This camp is for you. Learn how to create video games using Scratch, free software from MIT that you can use at home long after the class. Then, we’ll bring the action to life as you and a partner build and program LEGO® Spike Essential robots. If you’ve taken this course before, don’t worry! We explore different themes and make different games and robots each time. Robots stay at camp, but game projects are yours to keep! Parents, you may choose to send a USB flash drive for your student to save projects, or provide a non-school email at registration, and we’ll use it to help your student create a free online Scratch account and store projects in the cloud.
