What We Offer

Gigalearn helps learners of all ages engage in the digital age. Our primary focus is computer coding, robotics, and STEAM classes, camps, and curriculum for youth learners in grades K-12, but we also help adult learners build new technology skills. We work with a number of community partners including schools, recreation centers and libraries to bring the fun to neighborhoods throughout the greater Northeast Ohio region, and we offer private opportunities for homeschool groups, scout troupes, and other gatherings.

Out of School Time Enrichment including Clubs and Camps

After school, during breaks, or on the weekends, studies have shown that out of school time enrichment opens students up to an engaging and low stress way of learning that helps them build social networks around shared interests, and connect pathways that help them transfer knowledge and retain skills learned in school. Out of School Time is our jam!

Clubs

During the school year, Gigalearn offers multiple weekly clubs on the East and West sides of Cleveland. Most clubs run for 6-8 week sessions, are typically 1 hour a week, and they are often hosted by community partners such as Schools, Rec Centers and Libraries. If you don’t see us in your area, ask your aftercare provider to contact us, or let us know! We can also take registration ourselves if we hear from a group of families in an area who are interested. Most of our clubs are during afterschool hours, between 3-5pm, with some additional offerings on Saturdays. Clubs are typically grouped into grade level bands such as K-2nd, 2nd-5th, 4th-8th, or 6th-12th. All of the content areas shown below are offered as in-person Clubs, and several can be adapted for virtual clubs.

Camps

Summer, Spring or Winter, when school is on break, Gigalearn is in high gear! We lead day camps ranging from 2 -8 hours a day, Monday-Friday. Available Camp content areas include Jr. Robotics (K-2nd), Jr. GameBOT (2nd-5th), GameBOT(4th-8th or 6th-12th), or Electric Art (2nd grade and up). Camps are often hosted through community partners such as Tri-C Community College, recreation centers, and libraries, but we also work with concerned caregivers to organize camps to serve communities not served by our partners during these breaks. We have had neighbors in an area pool together to book us in a home-hosted camp for their kids, and we will also book space to host camps ourselves if a community expresses interest. All of the content areas show below are offered as in-person camps, and several can be adapted as virtual camps.

School Day Support

We work with clients such as the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) to lead Ohio Learning Standards-based technology enrichment classes during school hours. Students amplify math, logic, and computational thinking skills while getting creative in a collaborative, fun environment.

Homeschool consortiums may also book us for in-person or virtual Technology and Computer Science Standards-based classes or purchase curriculum from us. Contact us at info@gigalearnit.com or call 216-245-9620 to coordinate.
